THE HEADLINE: Long Beach police officer arrested on grand theft charges
THE STORY: Long Beach Police officer Damian Ramos was arrested Friday for grand theft of weapons. Ramos, a five-year employee, answered a found-property report at a Long Beach business but allegedly didn’t put all the recovered property into evidence.

I heard smart people with high IQ’s are being turned away from law enforcement employment. I heard that the powers that be are interested in law enforcement officers that don’t know or care about the constitution and bill of rights. “They” want officers to carry out unlawful tasks against the American people. I support people that love America to become law enforcement, not street thugs. / C17MEGA

Last I remembered we were in the United States of America, Where we are innocent until proven guilty. I would like to see the name of the business who was holding all these guns in the first place. I feel we are extremely ungrateful as a society of our fellow officers and how they put their lives on the line for that ridiculous amount of PAY! I support Ramos, and stand behind the Long Beach Police Dept.
