DON’T HATE THEIR HOUSE—OR THEM—BECAUSE THEY’RE BEAUTIFUL
By Greater Long Beach
As if there weren’t enough reasons to admire/envy the life/style that the McMillans—artist Jeff/pregnant Liv—got going on in their 1,600-square-feet of tricked out vintage house, the Apartment Therapy website recently gave the couple its stamp of approval … that is, a featured spread.
Take the online house tour, and if the longing gets too intense, remember: there is no such thing as perfection … like, one of them may have bad breath.

I’d just like to point out to the wonderful folks of Greater Long Beach… Jeff and I have EXCELLENT oral hygiene. I floss every day! We’re plenty imperfect in other ways. Like that dead lightbulb in the bathroom. It’s still unfixed.
With those smiles, I shoulda known! Congrats on the beautiful home, the new baby—and that minty-fresh breath!
Cute artsy couple. Great front door.
A few nice vintage pieces- but more shabby sheek which is not a typical mix of vintage tricked out.
Well, here we have retro sixties with deference to comfortable seating by some hippies who clean up good. The Yeti needs neutering, but otherwise very well appointed interior. Dining room table is design excellence. A superior interior design performance. It’s so well done, I’m going to overlook the guitar on the guitar rack. This time.
I don’t have a sewing room or a Yeti but I have that same metallic IKEA clock. I don’t get why a toilet roll is installed in a non-bathroom (behind the Yeti). Still, a wonderful living space all-around.
